| 活性测试： | Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human Cerebellin-2 is coated at 5 μg/mL, biotinylated recombinantrat NRXN-1 beta binds with an apparent KD <1.5 nM. Measured by its ability to enhance neurite outgrowth of E16- E18 rat embryonic cortical neurons. Recombinant Human Cerebellin-2, immobilized at 3- 30 μg/mL, is able to significantly enhance neurite outgrowth. |
| 复溶： |
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein.
