| Activity: | Measured by its ability to inhibit OX40 Ligand induced IL-2 secretion by mouse T cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.3 µg/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL of Recombinant Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4. |
| Reconstitution: | Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein.
