| 描述： | Catalyzes the formation of the signaling molecule cAMP in response to G-protein signaling (PubMed:11055432, PubMed:25329148, PubMed:9768837). Participates in signaling cascades triggered by odorant receptors via its function in cAMP biosynthesis: specifically activated by G alpha protein GNAL/G(olf) in olfactory epithelium (PubMed:11055432, PubMed:9768837). Required for the perception of odorants (PubMed:11055432). Required for normal sperm motility and normal male fertility (PubMed:15705663). Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein.
